• The form below must be completed before an inspection is made.
• Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural inspections are performed Monday through Friday.
• Drainage inspections are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to noon.
• Tree and tree protection fencing inspections are on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
• Once the inspection has been performed, you can find the results in the Inspection Results page.
• The Re-Inspection Fee is $50.00.
