Drainage, tree, and right-of-way fees were also clarified to better reflect the technical review and inspections involved. Obsolete or unclear fee categories were removed or consolidated to improve transparency.

Overall, the updated schedule aligns Piney Point Village with nearby Memorial Villages, supports fair cost recovery for City services, and helps ensure that development-related costs are borne by the projects that generate them, not by general taxpayers.
