Driving Safety/Deferred Disposition
There are two ways to keep a moving violation from appearing on your driving record with the Texas Department of Public Safety.
1) DRIVING SAFETY (also known as Defensive Driving) - 6 hr. course
2) DEFERRED DISPOSITION - a probational period
Both of these options require fees, proof of financial responsibility and a driver license.  Both options may be requested online by clicking the "Pay Fines", click - "Explore Options".  You can upload or email all required documents to the court clerk.
